Founded by chef Corrine Deane, the Port of India brings to life the culinary traditions passed down through generations. Inspired by vivid childhood memories of market days in India, Corrine has spent over 25 years perfecting her recipes. Today, together with her son Justin, she shares her family's legacy through sustainably crafted curry pastes made from organic, locally sourced ingredients.
